Mr Cameron is here!! He arrived Friday October 16th at 1:58pm. He weighed in at 8lbs 6oz and was 21.5 inches long and is a wonderful baby. We left the hospital on Saturday but quickly realized we had a problem on our hands- he was becoming jaundiced. We were having trouble getting him back into the doctor because of a mix up with pediatricians but finally got him into the doctor I wanted him to be with on Wednesday. He tested his bilirubin level which he said was high enough that he wanted to hospitalize him:( It was very sad watching him get his IV and he had to be naked under the bili-lights for 2 days. These lights helped him metabolize the excessive bilirubin in his body and bring him back to normal. We were discharged on Friday and have been doing very well ever since. We don't have a schedule yet but we're working on it. I'm getting a tad more sleep most nights which is nice- Clif and I are very blessed to have such an angel!!
